Excellent and Professional service by the Active Appliance Repair’s technicians. I called many service centers before but nobody was able to fix my refrigerator. My fridge would work okay for some days then again it would get back to square one. Then my neighbours recommended Active Appliance Repair and asked me to give them a call. Great experience, service and highly recommend. Our 22 year old washing machine had developed a serious leak. Called Appliance Repair in the morning and had technician (Andrew) on site that afternoon, Andrew called about 20 min before he arrived. Quickly assessed problem and approximate cost to repair, offered to take back to workshop to asses if there maybe other issues that may make the cost of repair not worth it. Rang next morning to let me know of other issues which meant it wasn't worth repairing. All this for the agreed cost discussed with me on the phone when I first rang. Highly recommend

Servicemen was happy to explain and all work has been completed in my house. Also love their Log a Call option on their website. Reply was quick so my appliance was fixed in no time. -
Dishwasher was fixed after another company tried but failed. Great Customer service, really friendly upon arrival. Definitely 10 out of 10, would use them again. They came out as scheduled. I will be referring them to my friends.
